Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied during treatment by a parent or guardian.
Registered with all major health insurance companies.
Payment is due at the time of treatment, and a receipted invoice can be provided, if requested, for patients wishing to claim back the fee from their insurance company.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or card.
